🎥 I Invited BBC Panorama to Investigate My MoraBanc Andorra Fees Complaint 💶
As a British citizen 🇬🇧, I have personally experienced a series of unauthorised and unjustified banking fees ⚠️ charged by MoraBanc Andorra 🏦 over the past 15 years. These fees have accumulated to nearly €85,000 💸, a significant financial loss that led me to submit a formal MoraBanc Andorra fees complaint to the authorities.
To bring attention to this issue, I personally invited BBC Panorama 🎬, the UK’s leading investigative documentary programme, to explore offshore banking practices 🌍 and MoraBanc banking fees 💶. Panorama is renowned for its impartial and in-depth reporting, making it the ideal platform to investigate these charges and their impact on clients like myself.
Why BBC Panorama Is Important 📡
BBC Panorama investigations have a long-standing reputation for uncovering hidden financial misconduct and exposing corporate practices that lack transparency 🔍. From hidden fees to complex offshore banking arrangements, Panorama has repeatedly helped hold institutions accountable ✅.
By inviting the Panorama team, I aim to raise awareness about the lack of transparency in MoraBanc banking fees 💶, while highlighting the personal and financial impact 😔 of these unauthorised charges.
💬 Readers can also view MoraBanc reviews on Google and visit our own published page with real opinions and client experiences about MoraBanc Andorra here.

15 Years of Unjustified Charges ⏳
Over more than a decade, MoraBanc applied multiple fees and deductions without my authorisation ❌. These include account maintenance charges and other unexplained fees, which, when added together, total nearly €85,000 💸.
Despite repeated requests for clarification 📧, MoraBanc’s communication has been limited. The lack of transparency left me no choice but to escalate the matter through formal channels 🏛️.
Formal Action with the Andorran Financial Authority (AFA) 📄
In December 2024 🗓️, I submitted a formal MoraBanc Andorra fees complaint to the Andorran Financial Authority (AFA) 🏢, working with a solicitor ⚖️ and a firm of lawyers in Andorra experienced in offshore banking disputes. My legal advisor has assured me that I have a valid claim ✅, but progress is very slow in Andorra 🐢, highlighting the challenges of pursuing such cases in small jurisdictions.
The legal team is reviewing all fees and transactions to challenge these unauthorised and unjustified charges ⚠️, aiming to hold MoraBanc accountable.
For the BBC Panorama team 🎬, the AFA may be a key source of information regarding regulatory oversight and banking practices in Andorra. Communicating with the AFA could provide valuable context and transparency for their investigation 📝.
Inviting BBC Panorama ✉️
This invitation is about independent scrutiny 🔎, not sensationalism. Offshore banking should never result in decades of financial loss due to opaque or unapproved fees. BBC Panorama’s investigation could shine a light 💡 on these practices while giving MoraBanc the opportunity to respond publicly.
Awaiting a Response ⏳
I am currently waiting for a response from BBC Panorama 📨 regarding my invitation. Whether or not they pursue the investigation, the invitation remains open. My goal is to ensure that these issues receive proper attention and that the AFA is involved in providing clarity and oversight ✅. 🌍 Read this page in Spanish here
Moving Forward 🔍
I will continue documenting my personal experience as the case with the AFA progresses. The hope is that this process not only resolves my MoraBanc Andorra fees complaint but also encourages greater transparency in offshore banking in Andorra 🌍.
Banks have a responsibility to act fairly and clearly. After 15 years of paying €85,000 in unjustified fees 💸, and with my AFA claim still unresolved 🏛️, it is time for MoraBanc to answer for its actions ⚖️.
